Scaling team; managing stakeholders.

1) That you can separate strategy from execution

2) That the best people are those who also come from fintech companies

How did you get started in your marketing career?

The pandemic made me do it! 

Describe the most impactful marketing campaign/project you've personally worked on.

Launched a rebrand making crypto more accessible to the everyday Filipino. And, launched a tokenized government bonds product, first in the world.

What is one marketing trend or change you're not convinced will work for SEA tech brands?

Centralized marketing teams when multiple markets are being tapped.

What is one marketing trend or change that you hope to see more of at SEA tech brands? And, why?

Personalization. Dropping product led marketing in favor of customer centric comms. People buy emotionally.

What is your favourite marketing resource that you would recommend to this community? And, why?

@the_marketing_millenials on IG. for the laughs.

Lastly, where are you based, and where would you take friends visiting your city for the first time?

Manila, Philippines. I'd take them to communa, a new creative space with a brewery, some art galleries, a test kitchen.
