How would you describe your current role and the biggest challenges you face?

My role is to generate qualified leads from marketing channels and convert B2C users to transact. It is challenging because we are B2B and B2C, so communication is sometimes missed.

What is a common misconception about the work you do?

It is all about burning money.

How did you get started in your marketing career?

I started as a content writer then progressed to where I am now.

Describe the most impactful marketing campaign/project you've personally worked on.

During the pandemic, I created a campaign with a 0 budget. The main product was shut down due to operational problems, but I managed to initiate the idea of leveraging our loyal customers as ambassadors, creating a tiering level of users, and making viral content so the side product launch was successfully accepted by the existing market.

What is one marketing trend or change you're not convinced will work for SEA tech brands?

AI chatbot, not for all markets.

What is one marketing trend or change that you hope to see more of at SEA tech brands? And, why?

Collaborative partnership.

Google and TikTok market insights.
