Tactical empathy and storytelling: essential skills of the New Leader

We have seen the rise in importance of the relationship between employees and employers, or juniors and their managers. As the work-life dynamic changes, modern leaders are expected to be much more empathetic and this is often associated with employee output. And the new normal is that it isn't good enough to be empathetic, but have a tactical empathy, which is simply understanding the other person's mindset and feelings.

This class will focus on a framework to help modern leaders balance between empathetic leadership and team performance.
