Distraction is your worst enemy if you are just starting out working from home. You are also more likely to be disengaged because of common issues like demotivation and disengagement due to social isolation. Being fully aware and conscious of what you are doing not only is fundamental for being productive but also helps your mental health.

This class will teach you some tricks on practising mindfulness and techniques to prevent stress from accumulating.
